We are proud to offer workshop standards aligned with Shimano service training — skilled hands, current tools, and respect for every drivetrain that rolls through our doors. We service many brands; we are not a franchise showroom.
From a simple brake bleed to a full overhaul, our bench work aims for the same outcome: a bike that feels trusted when the road opens up.
Since founding
After years working the floor and bench in other shops, we opened Alentejo Cycle Works to create a place with time for conversation, proper fitting, and repairs done once — properly.
Today neighbours, touring cyclists, and club riders know us as a reference point in the south: professional, straightforward, and rooted in this region.

We organise and support rides that connect people to the city and the wider Alentejo — from easy Sunday loops to longer gravel days — often alongside local solidarity partners.
